NBioExpertTM:
NBioExpert is our proprietary process of expert consultation on experimental design. Our know-how offers a process of tightly controlling parameters to lessen the process variability so that the biological responses can be readily observed.
We have expertise in experimental designs for both drug discovery and preclinical development, in vivo and in vitro, as well as human, mammalian, aquatic and other ecological systems. We adhere to the current MIAME (Minimal Information About a Microarray) guidelines for our gene expression profiling studies.
We can coordinate services for in vitro studies (primary cell culture and cell line investigations) and in vivo studies (mammalian and non-mammalian).
NBioProfileTM:
NBioProfile is our offering of expression profiling processes. We can coordinate messenger RNA (mRNA) expression profiling using leading microarray platforms (e.g. Affymetrix, Agilent) or RT-PCR. We can also coordinate protein expression profiling using two-dimensional PAGE platforms or label-free protein quantification methods. We are one of a few companies with expertise in microRNA (miRNA) microarray expression profiling and the only one with expertise in miRNA profiling of nanomaterials.
NBioBlockTM:
NBioBlock is the foundation building block to our unique and innovative tiered approach to data analysis. This package offers statistical and global views of your data. We use a variety of statistical and unsupervised machine learning mathematical methods to:
1) Give an indication of how well the technology platform is performing
2) Compare expression profiles
3) Determine significant and active gene and protein expression
NBioCube ITM:
NBioCube I is an add-on package to our tiered approach. This package offers the use of supervised machine learning mathematical methods to identify biomarkers. Each analysis provides information on the degree of statistical confidence for the biomarkers.
NBioCube IITM:
NBioCube II is an additional add-on package to our tiered approach. This package analyzes the data for the more active cellular pathways to help identify mechanisms of action and off-target effects. Additional steps may include developing networks of expression data to extract new and undiscovered cellular interactions.
NBioCellTM: future offering
NBioCell is our future product offering. By combining the current product offerings, we would like to develop a multi-dimensional interactive visualization tool to understand the complexities in compound or substance interaction within cells. Nanomics is seeking partners to help develop this tool.
