We can coordinate a variety of primary cell culture and cell line investigations as well as investigations in several mammalian species.
Coordination of gene and protein expression profiling
We can coordinate mRNA expression profiling using leading microarray platforms (e.g. Affymetrix, Agilent) or RT-PCR. We can also coordinate protein expression profiling using two-dimensional PAGE platforms or label-free protein quantification methods. Recently, we have added the coordination of microRNA (miRNA) microarray expression profiling.
